Rostherne Developments is a family portfolio of holiday homes across the North West of England and North Wales. Every property is owned and hosted by us directly — from the Cheshire farmhouse we retreat to on weekends, to the Abersoch townhouse a few steps from the beach, and a skyline apartment in the heart of Manchester.

We're proud of what our guests say about staying with us. Two of our three properties currently sit as Airbnb Guest Favourites — a reflection of consistent five-star reviews, careful preparation and the little touches that turn a rental into a proper home for the week.

Our sister property, Wheeldon Trees Cottages, is a ten-cottage estate in the Peak District and a 2025 TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice winner. Rostherne Developments carries the same standards to a smaller, more varied collection.
